A former caseworker accused of sexually assaulting teens at a residential treatment center in Sonoma pleaded no contest to child sexual abuse charges and will be sentenced to 21 years in prison, officials said. Kevin Scott Thorpe, 40, pleaded no-contest as part of a plea agreement with the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office and was found guilty of 11 child sex abuse charges Friday, including unlawful oral copulation accomplished by duress, five counts of unlawful oral copulation with a minor, and one count of annoying or molesting a child.
