The woman, named Julie Wolfe, was around two miles off the Oceanside Harbor shore on Monday when she says what "felt like a car" rammed into her boat from underneath. She immediately knew what it was, and began paddling back to shore as fast as possible.

A commercial fisherman operating from Lowestoft in Suffolk, England, Crisp joined the Royal Navy in 1915.
